Shipping and Refunds Policy
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
While I aim to get parcels out as quickly as possible, sometimes 7 working days is needed! Crystal and Calm is a small independent business, run entirely by one person. Please note I charge the absolute minimum amount for shipping that is sustainable for Crystal and Calm to operate.
Shipping fees incorporate both the cost I pay to your chosen service, as well as a very small contribution towards the cost of packaging supplies (such as boxes and protective wrapping) used to ship your treasures and keep them safe in transit!
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Various options are available for you to choose at checkout.
Small Parcels under 2kg
Royal Mail 2nd Class - £4
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £5
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £5.75
Royal Mail 1st Class - £5
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - £7
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £8.75
- 1st class - Aims to arrive in 1-2 working days
- 2nd class - Aims to arrive in 2-3 working days

- Standard - up to £20
- Signed For - up to £50
- Tracked 24/48 - up to £100
Shipping is FREE on orders over £150.
Shipping prices are displayed at checkout and are calculated according to the weight of your package and your location.
Please be aware that if you decide to opt for "untracked" shipping, I cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost items. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but please allow up to 14 working days to receive your parcel.
Please note that you are responsible for any import/customs charges that may need to be paid before receiving your parcel. The compensation covered is dependent on the option chosen at checkout. Please see below for details.

Shipping is FREE on orders over £300.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items purchased from Crystal and Calm are packaged up with love and care. Each item is carefully checked before being sent, however I realise from time to time items may unfortunately become damaged during transit.
For refund and exchange requests, please contact me via the contact page or send an email to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refunds and exchanges will be issused at my discretion.
Please note that I am unable to cover the cost of shipping when an item is returned. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. I cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost parcels if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
If paying via PayPal, please ensure the shipping address attached to your account is correct before placing an order.
