USING KLARNA PAY LATER

Klarna Pay Later gives you 30 days to pay once your order has been shipped. No fees, no interest.

How do I pay using Klarna?

To pay using Klarna you'll need to provide your mobile number as Klarna may need to contact you. You will also need to provide your email address so that Klarna can send your payment statement directly to you. It is important that the details you provide are correct so that Klarna can send you the relevant payment information. Payment is made directly to Klarna.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive an email from Klarna containing your payment instructions within 2 days of placing your order. You will then have 30 days to complete your payment online. You will receive a reminder two days before your payment is due, if you haven't already paid.

Having trouble paying with Klarna?

If you have any problems paying with Klarna, it may be due to one of the following:

  • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  • Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
  • If you haven't used Klarna before and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.

If you choose Pay later, Klarna will assess your creditworthiness. USING KLARNA PAY LATER IN 3 INSTALMENTS

This is a payment option you can choose to part pay your purchases by dividing the cost into 3 equal payments without any interest, fees or charges using a credit or debit card. However, the issuer of your card may charge interest or other fees under the terms of your card agreement.

The first payment is taken from your card at the time the merchant confirms your order. The two remaining equal payments will also be taken from your card 30 and 60 days after the first payment is taken. Klarna will tell you the due dates via electronic communication and they are viewable in the Klarna application.

You give Klarna the authority to take the two remaining equal payments from your card on the due dates without any further notice to you. You will maintain adequate credit balance on your card to allow for payments to be taken on the due dates. It is important you ensure enough funds are available to complete your payment on the due date. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default, and may be unable to use the service in the future. Klarna may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent due dates, or invoice you separately for the unpaid total.
